Ipswitch recently experienced an issue with the service that delivers Premium Anti-Spam bullet signature updates. All customers who are using our Premium Anti-Spam - found in IMail Server Secure and Ipswitch Collaboration Suite Premium - should do the following once in order to continue to receive and implement Premium Anti-Spam bullet signature updates properly.

  1. Stop the Premium Anti-spam StarEngine service
  2. Delete the .dat file in the StarEngine /data directory
  3. Restart the Premium Anti-spam StarEngine service
